She is passionate about providing person-centered care for older adults and their caregivers and helping them to live in their community for as long as safely possible. In her current role, Katherine led efforts resulting in Seniorlink's Caregiver Homes becoming the first organization in the U.S. to be awarded the three-year Accreditation status for Case Management with Long Term Services and Supports (LTSS) Distinction. Her background as a Gerontological Nurse Practitioner has provided her the foundation to offer unique clinical insights into the quality and operational aspects of Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS), both from a provider and payer lens. Prior to Seniorlink, Katherine was the Senior Manager of Clinical Operations for Tufts Health Plan Senior Care Options (SCO), a health plan designed to support the needs of older adults who are eligible for Medicaid.
